Before we start, let’s eliminate Products from the discussion right off. Most Network Marketing companies have good products or they wouldn’t survive – RIGHT?
Let’s look strictly at compensation plans and the $10K question. Here’s the question: In a legitimate Home Based Business, how many ACTIVE, regular purchasers of the product(s) on a monthly basis (generally speaking – autoship) does it take to create $10K a month in walk-away income?
Company “A” = Half the planet
Company “B” = 5000-7800
Company “C” = 2000-2800
Company “D” = 400-600
Now what’s the big differences?
Percentages paid out up front. Is it less as you go down or more?
Are you paid on ALL volume or just part?
How far down are you paid?
What’s the cutoff point?
How stream-lined is the company?
WHAT DOES IT TAKE to JUST BREAK EVEN every month?
Everyone of these questions factors into the answer. Beyond that, it’s just simple math – not rocket science…. and if someone tells you it’s not possible to calculate – RUN – they are probably too emotionally attached to the product and just don’t want to know.
However, wouldn’t they want to know the rate they would be paid if they were in a real world job?
What are the odds that if you DON’T really know how many people you need – you could end up working a lot harder and longer than you EVER dreamed of and never make it to that desired income? In my 4 previous companies, I NEVER ONCE thought to ask.
